I have about 20 of them, planted them when they were about 6 inches tall, gave them all a handful of Osmocote slow release fertiliser, and 6 months later, they are all flourishing.

Lillipillies will enjoy any and all the fertiliser you throw at them... within reason of course:-)Then again they don't seem particularly needy. They do very well in neglected gardens in Perth which has grey sand as an excuse for soil.
