Mausyf - I have never heard of termites being particularly attracted to Peppercorn Trees. Our council planted over 100 of these trees some years ago on a nature strip along the centre of an industrial estate. They are now massive - as well as amazingly beautiful. Usually councils research what they plant out in public areas. We are in suburban Sydney. I have recently purchased one to plant in my garden as a shade tree as I was so impressed with the ones on the nature strip.
