calathea

I think I may have overwatered my "dottie" calathea.
It is dropping its leaves.
I've taken it outside and stood it in dappled sunlight do you think it will come back or have I lost it?

So long as the main stem is still green then your plant will live. Don't leave it out in the elements if it's used to being protected. It can't handle the sun or the wind or the cold.
