dogs chewing spring bulbs Posted 567 days ago Can anyone give me any ideas how to stop my dogs chewing my sprouting spring bulbs. I thought of using pepper but am worried it will get in their eyes. |

RE: dogs chewing spring bulbs Posted 566 days ago Spray them with something that the dog won't like the taste of. Like soap or garlic or rhubarb juice. I don't know what exactly really but there is bound to be something. Just make sure whatever you use that it doesn't burn your bulb either. Maybe chilli in water and sprayed on. If it gets in the dogs eyes then maybe it will learn quickly. |

RE: dogs chewing spring bulbs Posted 552 days ago daffodil bulbs especially are poisonous to animals and children so put the bulbs somewhere where the dog can't get to them |
