Diseased Spathiphyllum (Peace Lilly)

Hi All,

I have a few spathiphyllums growing-they are all healthy except for my latest addition. In the last couple of days it has come up with small yellow spots on the leaves,and now they are expanding in size and at the centre of the spot the leaf has died leaving a small hole. It hasn't been in full sun so the leaves aren't burning, it's not over watered or too dry and isn't near anything else!?
Help! Does anyone have any answers????
