Tuberous Begonia

Posted 531 days ago

I have what I think is a tuberous begonia, it flowers during the summer but dies back to nothing all winter. Can anybody tell me if the tubers can be cut in half to make two plants? Thanks

Cutting the tuber isn't recommended because they are prone to rot. Stem cuttings is the usual way to go. Below is the BBY fact sheet on them.
