planting a weeping mulberry Posted 427 days ago i am about to plant a weeping mulberry tree, could you help with advice on the best survival rate for me?? since i am 1st timer and want to get it right. i have prepared the area and know its a good position, have been preparing the soil with lots of cow and horse poo, now have the tree and will be planting. . .sooo what size hole, do i use any type of fertiliser etc?? thanks for any kind help in keeping this tree alive! thanks Terry. |

RE: planting a weeping mulberry Posted 426 days ago the hole needs to be twice as large as the root ball. Don't fertilise until the tree has well and truly settled in and you can see it growing again. The manure you have already dug in will be ample for a few months at least. |
