Don purchased an MDF (medium density fibreboard) box at the Reverse Garbage Co-operative. The moment he saw the box, he knew it would make the perfect budgerigar or canary breeding cabinet

Converting the box to a bird breeding cabinet was easy. First Don sanded it back (tip: when working with MDF, always wear a dust mask to avoid breathing in fine particles). He then painted the inside with Wattyl
