Celebrity Gardener - Nick Giannopoulos

Nick’s career took off in 1987 when he created and starred in the live theatre comedy performance of ‘Wogs Out of Work’. It was a national sensation that played for three years. This was followed up with ‘Wog-A-Rama’, ‘Wogboys’ and ‘Acropolis Now Live’. Nick also starred in the TV sitcom ‘Acropolis Now’ and the film ‘The Wog Boy’. Nick’s new film, ‘The Wannabes’, has just been released.

Don met Nick at the home of his Uncle Stan and Aunty Maria. They have a traditional Greek/Australian vegie garden, where they grow oranges, lemons, garlic, broad beans, silver beet, eggplant, chicory, mint, parsley and roses.
