Tropical Cocktails

According to Geoff Jansz, you don’t have to be in the tropics to enjoy a slice of paradise. Cocktails (or non-alcoholic 'mocktails') are easy to make for a tropical feel without leaving home!

Pina Colada

(1 serve)
60ml rum
150ml pineapple juice
60ml coconut cream
1 cup crushed ice
fresh fruit, to garnish

Tropical Mocktail

(1 serve)
1 mango
1 banana
50ml coconut milk
100ml tropical juice
1 small punnet of mango yoghurt
1 cup crushed ice
fresh fruit, to garnish

Method

Combine all the ingredients in a strong blender and blend at high speed. Pour into a cocktail glass and garnish with fresh fruit.
