Don identified a photo sent by Fernando in Perth of a plant as a stephanotis. This is a beautifully perfumed climbing plant often used in wedding bouquets. The fruit can however be poisonous to dogs so keep an eye on your dogs if you have a stephanotis. Copyright 2009 CTC ProductionsFactsheets:
Don’s Mailbag:
Dean had a problem with crepe myrtle where the leaves were going yellow & dropping off. Don pointed out that at this time of year the leaves do go yellow and fall off and that all should be fine in spring with new growth.
