Answer:  Hi Teresa,    Assuming that you haven’t had stink bugs or the fruit sucking moths, the probable cause is the weird weather patterns. Both insects can suck fruit dry. Mandarins are very susceptible to cropping well every second year and also to fruit problems. I would fertilise with citrus food in August as normal and see how it goes.   Don
