Hi
The 2 Yucca’s needs to be moved and great cost is involved to get a forklift into a small area. It is unknown if the roots has grown through the plastic fabric pots. We do not know how long the plants have been in this spot. To make it easier we were wondering if we can cut the trunk in half and then replant the Yucca’s. We can then get rid of the stump and roots. Will the trunks grow as they are more than 35 cm in diameter?
Many thanks

Answer:  Hi Hestie,  Yes the cut off trunks will grow well…just make sure that you plant them the right way up. Do it at any time and keep them on the dry side until they shoot away.  Don
