Have noticed some of these worms (?) in our raised garden beds in the last 3-4 weeks. They come to the surface at night time and vary in size up to 3-4 inches long. Have noticed just a few times that they wrap around normal earthworms – not sure if they are attacking them?? Am worried that they may be parasitic or unwanted in the garden.

Cannot find anything online so far to confirm what they are, if they need to be treated against etc, etc. Any help to identify would be greatly appreciated! If they need to be treated any advice while maintaining an organic approach would be awesome!

Thank you so much and hope you may be able to assist!
