Answer: Hi Tim, The answer is no tree would either be safe enough or big enough fot a tree house in 10 years. Reputedly Paulownia trees are the fastest growing, but even one of them would be too spindly at 10 years of age…and statistically, you will probably have purchased a new house by then anyway. Sorry to seem so negative.  Don
