Do you ever wonder about the tiniest animals?

Cute little microbats, smaller than mice.  Or sugar gliders which are tiny possums or spotted pardalotes which are very small birds.  All of these cute little guys are doing it tough… Why?

Well because they need little cavities to live in. Microbats are so desperate they have taken to living in the Telstra junction boxes on telegraph poles.

All of these tiny animals crave a tiny box with a small entrance hole to live in.

Why? Because we thoughtless humans have chopped down and removed all of the native crevices and holes that they live in.

BUT YOU CAN HELP.

Go to Nest Boxes Australia and you’ll find pardalote boxes, sugar glider boxes and microbat boxes.  What a great way to say “sorry” to these poor animals.

Maybe they can survive after all.

Hooroo!
